W. James Payne is the founder of the W. James Payne Law Firm in Shallotte, North Carolina, concentrating on Federal Criminal Defense. Licensed for 41 years, he brings extensive experience to cases involving public corruption, health care fraud, military law, and law enforcement defense. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Colonel, he also served five years as a military judge.
